Gunilla Jacobsson Gunilla Jacobsson received her MSc (Political Science ) from the University of Umeå in 1974. At the same university Gunilla Jacobsson worked as staff with various kind of administrative responsibilities; study counselling, admission requirements, teacher training, educational statistics, recruitment needs and research information. She has had a number of tasks in the Science and Technology area and is presently a senior administrative officer at the National Agency for Higher Education in Stockholm and project manager for the Science and Technology Project commissioned by the Swedish Government. This project This SciTech-project is a programme to increase the interest in science and technology among young people, women in particular.
