Dr. Hu Qi Heng Vice Chairman Chinese Association for Science & Technology (CAST) Dr. Hu is an expert in technology of automatic control. She is Vice Chairmen of Chinese National Association of Science and Vice President of Academy of Science of China. She also serves as Chairman of the Board of the Association of Chemical Engineers. She is a research fellow of Academy of Science of China. In 1994 she was elected a fellow of Academy of Science in China, and in 1995 a fellow of the Academy of Science of Ukraine. In 1963 she received her PhD in Chemical Engineering from Moscow University in Soviet Union. She was born in Beijing in 1935.
