Engr. Samar Nazer Lecturer Birzeit University Mrs. Samar Nazer, Obtained her first degree in Architectural Engineering from the faculty of Engineering, University of Jordan in 1980, and her Master of Philosophy in Landscape Architecture from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne in the UK, in 1987. She is now working as a lecturer at the University of Birzeit in Palestine. Mrs. Nazer is also a co-owner of a consulting Engineering Office in Ramallah. In addition, she is a member of various national, regional and international associations and forums. Mrs. Nazer is currently engaged in a research focusing on Plants of Palestine in Landscape use. She will be starting her PhD program in Norway within the next month.
